Why Values Beat Shortcuts
I believe success without integrity is failure in disguise. My career, my company, and my book are all rooted in one idea: do right by people, and the results will follow.

My Story
I grew up in San Pedro, California, in a neighborhood where opportunity didn't exactly knock; it had to be chased. Section 8 housing shaped my early years, and the Boys & Girls Club and mentors taught me that character is more important than circumstance.
From a young age, I saw the difference between landlords who treated people as a line item and those who treated them with dignity. That lesson stayed with me. I didn't know it then, but it would shape my entire approach to leadership and business.
The path wasn't straight. I worked odd jobs, DJ'd late nights, and navigated some of the same challenges I now work to help others avoid. Mentors like George Mayer, a Holocaust survivor turned business leader, showed me what it means to lead with compassion and integrity. Eventually, I found myself in property management, first as a side job, then as a calling.

I’m proof that your beginnings don’t define your ceiling. With the right values and consistent action, you can build something that matters for yourself, your family, and your community.
What I Believe
Tenants, clients, team members, and communities deserve respect and transparency.
Doing the right thing is never optional.
Treat every property as if it’s your own, and every decision as if your name is on it.
Build something that lasts and benefits future generations.
