Permitted use and ownership

You may use the plugin for your own work and your organization's internal bid review. Use only proposal materials and records you have permission to access and process.

Ownership of the plugin's original instructions, code, and branding stays with their respective rights holders. Using the plugin does not transfer those rights to you. Rights in your proposals and other supplied records remain with their respective owners.

You may not sell or repackage the plugin as your own product, remove ownership notices, or claim an endorsement from Anthony A. Luna, Coastline Equity, or Property Management Excellence without written permission.

Review the original proposals

The plugin helps organize vendor proposals, identify scope differences, and prepare clarification requests. AI output may contain errors or omit material terms. Verify every price, quantity, specification, revision, warranty, and exclusion against the original proposal before using the result in a decision.

A qualified trade professional must resolve technical suitability. The owner or another person with the required authority must approve vendor selection and spending. A vendor's qualification or a preferred approach does not establish approval of a particular proposal.

Keep decision rights with authorized people

The plugin does not authorize spending, award a contract, dispatch a contractor, send a message, or change a work-order record. Its drafts require human review. It does not provide legal advice or replace professional inspection or advice.

Access to a record and authority to act on it are separate requirements. Follow your organization's approval process and use its source systems to verify current records and any completed action.

Protect the information you provide

Use anonymized examples in public or personal AI sessions. Process confidential company bids only in an environment your organization has approved for those records and only with the necessary authority. Keep unrelated personal information, payment information, health records, government identifiers, and credentials out of the input.

This plugin does not add a publisher-operated account or send proposal records to a publisher-operated server. Your AI service and any other tools you choose to use process information under their own terms and privacy practices. Review the policies applicable to your account and its configuration.
